You need 1 cup of urad Dal.
It’s 1 of raw Mango.
You need 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
Prepare 1 tablespoon of Roasted cumin seeds powder.
It’s 1 tablespoon of black salt.
It’s Pinch of hing(asafoetida).
Prepare 1 inch of ginger.
You need to taste of Salt.
Aam Panna Dahi Vada instructions
Firstly soaked urad Dal whole night then put in grinder jar along with ginger, hing and grind it..
Then add salt and with spoon mix it nicely for 5 minutes to give fluffy texture..
Now take raw Mango and boiled it. After that peeled it and mashed it nicely and add 1 cup water, black salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and mix it..
Now take appne pan and in the cavity put urad Dal batter and make vade in it..
Now 1 bowl water boil it and dip all vade for softness for 5 minutes..
Then take plate put vade and spread aam Panna on it and enjoy the tangy vade..
