Ingredients of AAM PANNA / Raw Mango Sharbat

  1. Prepare 500/600 gms of Raw Mango.
  2. It’s 500/600 gms of Sugar.
  3. You need 1 tsp of Roasted Jeera Powder.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
  5. You need 1 1/2 tsp of Black Salt.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder Optional.

AAM PANNA / Raw Mango Sharbat instructions

  1. Washed Raw mangoes (Peel).
  2. Take a Pressure Cooker, fill in 1-liter water to boil, add peeled raw Mangoes cover the with the lid on medium flame till 5 whistles..
  3. As 5 whistles are done take off the lid, off the flame and take off mango seeds, add 500/600 grams of Sugar immediately and put on a medium flame for 1 Whistle..
  4. After the last whistle,let it cool,in a bowl with strainer transfer the Mango & sugar mixture in a bowl below strainer, take of thick pulp while straining juice in bowl..
  5. Now add Jeera powder, Black Salt & Salt (Red chilli powder optional) in the bowl and give it a quick mix..
  6. Transfer in a Jar Refrigerate for 30 Minutes and it's ready to serve Chilled..
  7. Note : 1- Always Mix 40% Water and 60% of Aam panna 2- It can be stored for around 2 Months.
