Prepare 1 of medium to big size mango.
You need 4 tbsp of sugar.
Prepare 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
You need 1/4 tsp of saffron strands.
Prepare 1/4 tsp of rock salt.
You need 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.

In a saucepan boil raw mango with enough water on a medium flame for 8 to 10 mins. Switch of the gas burner when the mango become soft..
Let it cool and then peel them off..
In a blender add this mango pulp and blend to a smooth paste now add sugar salt cardamom powder and cumin powder along with saffron strands..
Now in a jar transfer this sweet and tangy Aam paana and refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hrs. After 1 hr serve this tasty chilled Aam paana. Due to saffron, the colour of the Aam paana changes and it gives very beautiful colour and very flavoured..
