  1. It’s 2 cup of maida.
  2. It’s 1 cup of wheat flour.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of semolina.
  4. It’s 4-5 tsp of ghee.
  5. You need 1/2 teaspoon of crushed black pepper.
  6. You need 1/2 teaspoon of crushed cumin seeds.
  7. You need 1/2 teaspoon of crushed carom seeds.
  8. It’s of Salt as per taste.

  1. Take a mixing bowl add all flours, all masala, salt and ghee. Mix it well like crumbles..
  2. Now add little little water and make tight dough. Keep it for 15 min..
  3. After 15 min. Add 1tsp oil and make the dough smooth. Now make small balls out of the Dough..
  4. Take the rolling pin. Roll one by one poori and keep it for a dry on cloth..
  5. Take a deep pan. Put oil on medium heat. Fry all pooris. Served with hot tea or coffee.
