  1. Prepare 2 1/2 cup of all purpose flour.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of pure ghee.
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of half crushed peppercorns.
  4. You need 2 tsp of cummin seeds.
  5. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  6. You need 1 Cup of water (or more).
  7. It’s of Oil for deep fry.

  1. Take a bowl..
  2. Add all Purpose flour into it..
  3. Add salt, cummin seeds and peppercorns..
  4. Mix it well..
  5. Now heat the ghee and pour it into flour mixture..
  6. Now using hand mix it very well to make your Puri crispy..
  7. Add more ghee if require..
  8. Add more ghee so you can bind the flour without adding water..
  9. Now add water as require and kneed the dhough..
  10. Keep aside and rest it for 10-15 minutes..
  11. Now take a pan and heat oil..
  12. After that make small equal sized balls from dough..
  13. Take a rolling board and roll it into circle using rolling pin..
  14. Make small Puri from it..
  15. Make sure Puri is not too thick and not too thin..
  16. By repeating the steps make all the Puri..
  17. Now using folk make dots on Puri..
  18. You can also use knife..
  19. Now deep fry it until little brown and pink color..
  20. Serve it with masala tea..
