  2. It’s 1/2 Cup of Salsa.
  3. It’s 1 Tablespoon of Vinaigrette.
  4. Prepare 2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream.
  5. Prepare of Pickled Olives.
  6. You need 1 Teaspoon of Paprika powder.
  7. Prepare of Oil.

Salsa Floats instructions

  1. Cut the sweet potato into thin rounds and deep fry till crisp.
  2. Make the salsa mix with finely chopped red n yellow capsicum onions chillies & add the vinaigrette.
  3. Arrange the sweet potato chips in a platter. Spoon the salsa on the chips.
  4. Top the salsa with a teaspoon of sour cream & pickled olive.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika powder if you wish to add some spice.
